Extreme delay in mailing packages. Multiple calls to check on order. Assured me 2-day air to deliver on 22nd. Instead got an email on the 22nd “your order shipped!” With delivery on the 2nd of January. So done with signals and their lies and ineptitude. Ruined Christmas.

I get a massage, that my credit card will be charged when my irder is shipped. Alas....you have already charged my card, dont think you are going to charge again. Ordering message, "this irder is eligible for free shipping", but did anyone say you have to join abd pay $15 a mibth to get free shipping. Thus gas veen ny first abd kast order.

Terrible customer service. The people who take your order are unhelpful and must really hate their job. No enthusiasm whatsoever. Shipping costs are outrageous. 28% of my order. Will certainly do my homework next year so I don't have to order from them again.
